Thiago Dadalt is a Brazilian director, and writer based in Hollywood, CA. Completely self-taught when a teenager, he began writing and directing plays for a small theater in Rio Novo, Minas Gerais, Brazil. At 17, he moved to Sao Paulo, to work as an assistant editor in a production company. When he was 22, he wrote and directed THE POSTMAN, a short film about a guy tempted by the seven mortal sins on his last day on the job as a mailman. After that, he becomes 1st assistant director to well-known commercial directors. Soon after, he is promoted to director and starts working for larger brands like Unilever, Mercedes-Benz, Ab-Inbev. DaDalt is an Audio/Visual professional and filmmaker with experience writing and directing short films, documentaries, music videos, as well as commercials for main brands and multiple producers in Brazil. He moved to the United States in 2013 and now lives in Los Angeles, where he works on a variety of TV and film projects. He has been won many awards this year (2017) including Best Director, Best Drama, Best Actress and many others with his latest project CHOCOLATE.
