As Founder and Managing Director of Profitable Good Group (PGG), Tom has over 25 years of senior management consumer products/retail experience in strategy, operations, global business development, traditional and digital marketing, and manufacturing. Tom conceived, financed and sold two consumer product companies in the last seven years while simultaneously founding and operating Los Angeles’ largest all- volunteer non-profit organization, The Giving Spirit, directly benefiting over 53,000 lives in 16 years. He has successfully run venture, private-equity and owner-financed consumer product companies that created, branded and launched 40+ products, many currently sold worldwide. Tom has played a lead role in obtaining financing for diverse companies and was recently named a Fellow at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
